30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your watch, you can return it within 30 days of delivery date & receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout. 

We recommend using a tracked delivery service upon returning items.
